SVW Cosmetics currently ships throughout South Africa.

Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate nationwide shipping: R99
• Free shipping on orders over R800

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

All payments are processed securely by our trusted payment providers. SVW Cosmetics does not store your payment card details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.
